Summary

We're a multi-brand plant-based wellness company, and our core business is kratom and hemp-derived products. We sell wholesale across the US: smoke shops, wellness stores, and the distributors who supply them. Kratom is the heart of the line, with hemp and other functional products alongside it. This is a regulated, higher-scrutiny space, and we run it clean: lab-tested product, a Certificate of Analysis on every item, 21-plus only, and we know the state-by-state legal map cold. If selling kratom makes you uneasy, this isn't your role, and that's okay. If you've sold kratom or hemp before, or sold in a similar regulated category and you know the terrain, you're exactly who we want. ONE HARD REQUIREMENT: ENGLISH We're open to talent anywhere in the world, but your spoken and written English has to be near-perfect. You'll be on the phone with US shop owners and distributors every day, so natural, clear, confident English is the job itself, not a nice-to-have. We will hear it on a short call before we hire. WHAT THIS ROLE IS You're the closer. We already have over four thousand retailer leads loaded and waiting, plus active demand we're not keeping up with. The gap isn't product and it isn't leads. It's an outbound machine that turns those leads into paying, reordering kratom and hemp accounts. That's you. WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO - Work a provided list of retailers and distributors by phone and direct outreach (no spammy mass texting, this category doesn't allow it and we don't do it) - Qualify the right way: confirm the decision-maker, size their volume, confirm the state is legal to ship kratom to, find out who supplies them now and what's wrong with it - Send a specific product at a specific tier price with a clear next step, not vague "let me know" quotes - Negotiate and close first orders, then drive the reorder, which is where this business actually makes its margin - Manage your accounts and log every deal in our CRM the same day WHAT YOU'RE SELLING AGAINST Stigma and bad past suppliers. Most shops have been burned by late shipments, inconsistent kratom, or no paperwork. Our whole angle is being the supplier a serious shop can carry without losing sleep. You'll have COAs, consistent batches, and a real human behind every order to back you up. TWO MOTIONS YOU'LL RUN Wholesale to retailers (cases onto shelves, smaller orders, the win is the reorder) and distribution (master distributors who move product into doors you'll never call yourself, bigger commitments, different economics). We'll teach you how we price and qualify each. WHAT YOU GET FROM US The lead list, the product line, COAs and compliance backing, tier pricing, a CRM, a clear deal playbook, and fast answers. You bring the hustle, the phone skills, near-perfect English, and ideally kratom or hemp selling experience already. COMPENSATION A base of roughly $500 to $1,500 a month depending on your hours and experience, plus 5% commission on the revenue you close and reorder. The base keeps you steady while you ramp; the 5% is where a real closer makes real money. Strong performers can move to an expanded, longer-term arrangement. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS A steady flow of new kratom and hemp accounts opened, a healthy reorder rate on what you close, and a clean CRM we can both see.
