LATAM Sales Closer — NIKSI Contractor Memberships

NIKSI is hiring a proven, Latin America-based sales closer to sell contractor memberships to U.S. business owners. This is a closing role, not only appointment setting. You will run discovery calls and demos, diagnose the prospect's business needs, recommend the right membership, handle objections, follow up, collect payment, and keep the CRM accurate. You will: • Close qualified contractor and real estate professional prospects • Run phone and video discovery calls, demos, follow-ups, and closing conversations • Explain value clearly and connect the membership to measurable business ROI • Handle objections about price, timing, trust, and competition • Maintain CRM stages, notes, follow-up tasks, and daily KPI reporting • Improve scripts, messaging, show rate, close rate, and collected revenue Requirements: • You must live in Latin America • Proven B2B, high-ticket, subscription, membership, or contractor-services closing results • Fluent spoken and written English with a confident phone presence • Experience selling to U.S. business owners • Strong discovery, objection handling, follow-up, CRM, and closing skills • Availability during U.S. business hours • Independent, accountable, coachable, and results-driven Pay: $5-$15/hour based on experience, with performance commission and growth opportunity. 30+ hours/week.
