I'm a practicing electrical and MEP engineer preparing to earn my LEED AP BD+C credential, and I'm looking for an experienced tutor to help me study efficiently and pass on the first attempt. I learn best with structure and someone who can explain the reasoning behind the material, not just drill flashcards. What I'm looking for help with: A clear study plan and timeline to get exam-ready Mastering the core LEED Green Associate content as the foundation The BD+C specialty material: the credit categories (Location & Transportation, Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, etc.), credit intent and requirements, and how they interrelate The calculations, thresholds, and synergies that tend to show up on the exam Exam strategy: question types, pacing, and how to handle the tricky scenario-based items Targeted review of my weak spots based on practice test results About me: Strong technical background in engineering, so I'm comfortable with the building systems and energy side. I mostly need help internalizing the LEED rating system structure, the credit details, and the exam-specific framing. Format and logistics: This will be done over Zoom with screen share. I'm open to a few live sessions, async review of practice questions I've worked through, or a mix.
