Landman - Acquisition Expert

We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Landman specializing in mineral and royalty rights acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiating leases, and understanding property rights related to oil and gas. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring compliance with regulations and securing valuable mineral interests. Responsibilities: - Create Discounted Cash Flow models to analyze return on investment and rate of return - Performing DCA for wells and fields in order to estimate future cash flows - Analyze conventional and unconventional wells - Analyze and provide support in the analyzes of prices based on the profitability of the well Qualification  -Strong phone skills, deal structuring, and documentation required.  -Must have a proven track record, reliable data sources, and ability to work independently.  -experience in working with the software like enverus.com, drilling info, energy domain.. will be an advantage.  -Must have experience in acquiring US mineral owners  -Solid understanding of lease negotiation, title research, and land records
