Summary

We're a high-volume land flipping business looking for a sharp Land Pricing Analyst to join our team. You'll be analyzing and pricing vacant land properties (mostly rural/desert parcels) using comparable sales and our established criteria. The work is process-driven and steady — ideal for someone who enjoys focused analytical work. You don't need a real estate background — if you're analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable doing focused solo work, we'll teach you the rest. What you'll do: Analyze and price a high volume of vacant land properties Select and evaluate comparable sales, adjusting for differences in size, access, utilities, terrain, and location Cross-reference data from county records, GIS/parcel maps, and assessor sites Follow a structured process for pricing and basic due diligence Flag unusual or higher-risk properties for review rather than forcing a number Keep clean, organized records of your work Skills we're looking for: Strong comp selection judgment — knowing which sales are truly comparable and which to discard Sound adjustment reasoning — understanding that price per acre isn't linear and adjusting accordingly Data fluency — fast and accurate with spreadsheets and pulling data from multiple sources Consistency — applying the same logic the same way across high volume Attention to detail — catching access issues, easements, flood zones, and landlocked parcels Good judgment — knowing the limits of the analysis and when to escalate Who you are: Analytical and detail-oriented Some technical or analytical background is a plus (data, finance, engineering, CS, or similar), but not required Comfortable with focused, heads-down work for long stretches Self-directed and reliable Able to communicate clearly Solid internet connection This is high-volume work, so consistency and accuracy both matter. If you take pride in clean, careful analysis, you'll fit in well here.
