Land Transaction & Disposition Coordinator

We are a stable and growing land investment company with an established system, consistent deal flow, and a strong team culture. We are looking for someone to manage real estate transactions from contract through closing and help market and sell our land inventory. This is a key position combining transaction coordination, organization, problem-solving, and buyer communication. You will receive structured training, clear SOPs, ongoing coaching, and access to the tools needed to perform your job successfully. This is an opportunity to build valuable experience in real estate transactions, due diligence, land investing, and property sales while growing with an established company. Key Responsibilities • Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract through closing • Track deadlines, title work, payments, and contingencies across multiple active deals • Research zoning, taxes, legal access, liens, and county requirements • Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, county offices, and vendors (surveys, perc tests, inspections) • List properties on land marketplaces and respond to buyer inquiries by phone, text, and email • Keep the CRM and transaction records accurate • Update and maintain KPI tracking A normal week looks like this: several closings in motion at once, a title company that's gone quiet, a buyer who wants an answer today, and a document that's missing from a file. Requirements • Excellent spoken and written English — a large part of this job is on the phone with buyers, title companies, and county offices, and you need to be comfortable picking up the phone without hesitation • Experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, and online research • Reliable remote work setup and availability during US business hours Experience in real estate transactions, title work, land investing, or sales is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person. Pay Base pay for stability, plus commission on every closed property sale. Earnings grow with your performance and our deal volume.
