LeadsHQ is a pay-per-lead platform. We run 50+ clients across Australian solar, batteries, HVAC, heat pumps, and home improvement. We buy google and meta traffic and convert it on landing pages, so a better conversion rate is literally more revenue, for us and our clients. We take testing seriously. We need someone to own our CRO testing program end to end and work directly with me (the founder). You'll: - Audit pages (we can implement HotJar heat maps, recordings, form analytics) to find what's costing us conversions - Build and QA your own A/B and split-URL tests in VWO +/- custom HTML/CSS/JS included - Run them to significance, call what wins, and tell me what to do next You need: - Real lead-gen CRO wins you can show me, with numbers - Strong hands-on VWO experience: you build and ship tests yourself, not hand off a deck - Moderate HotJar experience, plus a proper grasp of experiment design and stats The setup: - part-time, ongoing, fully remote and async. - Work from anywhere.
