Landing Page Design Specialist

The Role oneteam builds marketing systems that drive measurable revenue, not one-off creative. This role sits at a high-leverage point in that model: designing the enhanced product detail pages and conversion-focused landing experiences that directly move sales and gain market share. We are looking for a designer with genuine conversion instinct, someone who understands that a product detail page is a sales argument made visually, not just a layout. You will work primarily on the Amazon Premium A+ enhanced content layouts with room to expand across additional accounts as the system scales. This is a contract / freelance position with consistent, ongoing work for the right person. What You Will Do • Design enhanced Amazon product detail pages (A+ Content / Premium A+) that are visually strong and built to convert. • Design conversion-focused landing pages and digital brand experiences that translate strategy into measurable performance. • Translate brand guidelines and creative direction into clean, on-brand, high-impact layouts. • Work within established design systems and contribute to repeatable, scalable templates rather than one-off art. • Iterate quickly based on performance feedback and structured testing. • Collaborate with the brand, digital, and development teams to ensure designs are buildable and on-strategy. What We Are Looking For Required • Strong portfolio of enhanced Amazon PDP work (A+ / Premium A+ Content) and/or high-converting landing page design. • Clear command of layout, hierarchy, type, and visual storytelling in a conversion context. • Ability to design within brand systems and maintain consistency across a body of work. • Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). • Self-directed, fast, and comfortable iterating against feedback and performance data. Nice to Have • Experience in CPG. • Familiarity with Amazon’s content specs, modules, and approval requirements. • Understanding of basic conversion and testing principles (what changes drive lift). Not This Role This is not a full website / web designer position. We are specifically looking for landing page and Amazon PDP conversion design strength. A strong landing page designer will pick up the PDP work easily; a general web designer is a different fit.
