Launch & Growth Strategist Overview Joy Legacy Brands is seeking a strategic and proactive Launch & Growth Strategist to help drive visibility, engagement, and sales across educational programs, digital products, books, workshops, and future intellectual property initiatives. This role is focused on turning ideas into momentum and momentum into sales. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking ownership of initiatives, identifying opportunities, developing launch strategies, coordinating with team members, and helping products reach the right audience. This is not a social media management role and this is not a graphic design role. This role is focused on growth, launch execution, visibility, and revenue generation. Core Responsibilities Launch Strategy • Develop launch plans for products, workshops, ebooks, books, and educational programs • Identify opportunities to increase visibility and sales • Create marketing recommendations and campaign ideas • Help determine launch timelines and priorities Growth & Marketing • Identify growth opportunities across platforms • Recommend marketing campaigns and promotions • Suggest partnerships, collaborations, and influencer opportunities • Identify new channels for audience growth • Support lead generation initiatives Campaign Management • Work alongside the Paid Ads Strategist to support campaign direction • Recommend messaging, positioning, and offers • Monitor campaign performance and suggest adjustments • Identify opportunities for optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with: - Launch Coordinator - Social Media Manager - Creative Designer - Paid Ads Strategist - CRM Specialist - Website Support • Ensure all marketing efforts remain aligned with business objectives Success Metrics Success will be measured by • Sales generated • Campaign execution • Growth opportunities identified • Launch readiness • Strategic recommendations • Overall contribution to business growth Ideal Candidate • Strategic thinker • Proactive and resourceful • Strong marketing instincts • Comfortable operating with ambiguity • Strong communication skills • Able to take ownership of initiatives • Able to move projects from concept to execution This role is outcome-focused and works collaboratively across multiple initiatives and brands under Joy Legacy Brands.
