Lawyer for software licensing, mergers and acquisitions

You will work in one or both areas: - You will analyze existing software end user license agreement and software service agreement, understand its strength and weaknesses, compare it with other similar licenses. Then you will incorporate proposed changes or rejected changes. - You will analyze software projects under GPL, MIT as well as custom licenses and provide recommendations on licensing changes and its impact. All below requirements must be satisfied to successfully perform this job: MUST have experience creating EULA and service agreements for US and European markets. MUST have good email writing skills. MUST be online and be able to communicate verbally via Teams. MUST be able to occasionally communicate via phone. In case of long term must MUST be able to track time via automatic time tracker.
