Lead Gen & Outreach Partner (Long-Term) Grow With an AI Voice Startup

Hi — I'm Quentin founder of makeautomation. I build AI voice agents that answer calls for businesses so they never miss a customer — and I didn't just wire together someone else's product. I developed my own voice engine from scratch. This is real, custom technology that I own and keep improving. I'm looking for my FIRST team member — not a one-off task VA, but someone hungry who wants to grow WITH a business over the long term. (2) The upside is real — you'll learn a ton about AI, automation and sales, working shoulder-to-shoulder with a founder who built his own voice AI platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO TO START You'll help me get in front of more clients — US fitness & dance studios: • Build and organize lists of studios to reach out to • Send outreach emails + LinkedIn messages (I give you the exact playbook) • Follow up and book interested studios into my calendar (I run the calls) • Keep our CRM tidy and track your numbers daily It's structured on purpose at the start, so you can win fast — I hand you a proven playbook and you run it. WHERE IT GOES (your growth path) • Month 1–2: master the proven outreach playbook • Month 3–6: own lead-gen, test your own ideas, tell me what to improve • Month 6+: help run growth — content, managing other freelancers, new channels, strategy, and (if you're technical) helping build the AI automations we deliver to clients. Become my right-hand. I'll show you exactly how pay grows at each step. Your growth is funded by the growth you help create. WHO I'M LOOKING FOR (this matters more than your CV) • You take ownership — you treat the business like it's partly yours • You're curious and bring ideas, you don't just wait for tasks • You're reliable and HONEST — I'd rather hear "0 replies today" than a nice story. Honesty is non-negotiable for me. • Great written English • You want to grow and stick around BONUS (not required, but a real plus) • Cold email / LinkedIn outreach or appointment-setting experience • CRMs, especially GoHighLevel • Automation tools like n8n (Make / Zapier too) • AI coding & agent tools — Cursor, Claude Code, Codex If you're the type who automates your own busywork, you'll fit right in here. LOGISTICS • Part-time to start (~[15–20] hrs/week), growing as we grow • Mostly async, with a few hours overlapping European hours for a weekly sync • Long-term from day one — I'm hiring slow and investing in one person • Starting pay: [$X/hr] + a bonus for every studio call that shows up, rising as your role grows HOW TO APPLY (I read every application personally — templates get ignored) 1.
