AI Lead Gen Setup & Handover — n8n + Claude + CRM (Ireland/UK B2B) We want an experienced freelancer to set up an AI-driven lead generation workflow with us over screen-share — not build it for us and disappear. We'll run it ourselves afterwards. The model: paid setup-and-handover, roughly 15–25 hours over 4–6 weeks. About us Small group running five consumer e-commerce brands in Ireland/UK. All websites built in-house. This engagement is purely the outreach side. Across the brands we'll be running coordinated B2B lead-gen to multiple audience segments. Total addressable market across all five runs into tens of thousands of organisations. The workflow we want 1. Source prospects (Google Maps, public directories, event listings, etc.) 2. Claude researches each one, scores fit, drafts a personalised opener 3. Review queue (Airtable or similar) — we approve / edit / reject 4. Approved leads go into a CRM sequence appropriate to the segment 5. Replies pause the sequence and flag us Human approval matters — quality plus GDPR/PECR. Scale and shape - Starting with one brand, rolling the same pattern out across the others later - First brand has four distinct B2B audience segments, each needing its own sourcing, prompts, and sequence, but sharing one stack - Quality over volume — hundreds of well-targeted emails a week, not thousands - Architecture matters — we want one system that scales to five brands, not five separate copies Stacks we're considering: n8n + Close + Claude (our lean), or HighLevel + Claude. Open to alternatives if you've seen better. What we need from you: 1. Build the n8n workflow with us on screen-share, explaining as you go 2. Share your proven Claude prompts for research and personalised drafts 3. Configure the CRM pipeline and sequences with us 4. Set the foundation up to scale to multiple brands cleanly 5. Be on call for 2–4 weeks after handover In your proposal please include: - Stack recommendation and why - Hourly rate and estimated hours - Confirmation you're comfortable teaching as you build Mandatory next step If shortlisted, the next step is a 30-minute Zoom where you walk us through a real, live system you've built — actual workflows running, actual CRM pipelines, actual Claude outputs. Anonymised data is fine. We want live screens, not slides or screenshots. This is our main filter. If you're not comfortable doing that, this isn't the right project.
