Summary

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist / Virtual Assistant to support outbound sales and appointment setting efforts for B2B companies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and helping generate new business opportunities. The role will start at 10-20 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospect lists provided by our team • Conduct outbound calls to business decision-makers • Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities • Schedule meetings for our sales team • Update CRM records and maintain accurate notes • Track outreach activities and follow-up tasks • Provide weekly activity and results reports Requirements: • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Comfortable making outbound calls • Previous appointment-setting, SDR, lead generation, or sales experience preferred • Organized and detail-oriented • Familiarity with CRM systems • Professional and confident phone presence • Ability to work independently and follow a process Compensation: • Hourly base pay • Commission for qualified meetings and opportunities generated • Performance bonuses available • Opportunity for increased hours and long-term/full-time work.
