The client is looking to increase visibility, generate more qualified conversations with financial advisors, improve advisor education, and explore AI-enabled growth systems. Before moving forward with implementation, we would like to review proven case studies from professionals who have successfully helped companies with similar goals. We would also like applicants to submit a short proposed growth plan showing how they would approach this specific opportunity. ### What We Are Looking For Please submit case studies related to one or more of the following: * Lead generation for financial advisors, RIAs, wealth managers, ETF providers, asset managers, or financial services firms * AI-powered outreach or AI SDR systems * Advisor or B2B appointment-setting campaigns * Financial creator / podcast / influencer outreach * Content repurposing for financial services or complex B2B products * AI-driven CRM, lead scoring, or relationship intelligence systems * Webinar funnel or educational funnel for advisor/investor acquisition * SEO or AI-search optimization for financial services firms * Growth campaigns that resulted in qualified meetings, pipeline, AUM growth, or measurable revenue impact ### Required Case Study Details Please include as much of the following as possible: 1. **Client type / industry** Example: RIA, wealth management firm, ETF provider, SaaS company, B2B service business, etc. 2. **Problem or goal** What was the client trying to solve? 3. **Your solution** What strategy, system, campaign, or AI implementation did you provide? 4. **Tools used** Example: Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, LinkedIn, Zapier, n8n, AI agents, custom GPTs, etc. 5. **Results achieved** Please include specific metrics when available, such as: * Meetings booked * Reply rate * Qualified leads generated * Pipeline created * Revenue influenced * AUM growth * Cost per qualified lead * Time saved * Conversion improvement 6. **Timeline** How long did it take to achieve the results? 7. **Screenshots, reports, or proof of work** Please include proof where possible.
