Job Description We run two live US-based AI software products and are looking for a lead generation and outreach specialist to help build qualified prospect lists and run personalized outreach. This starts as a small paid trial (5–10 hours). If the work is strong, there is ongoing, growing work available. The two products: 1. RenterAI (renterai.app) — AI property management software for independent landlords in the US. Target audience: individual landlords and small property managers who own or manage a handful of rental units. 2. Tinkrr AI (tinkrr.app) — a tool that turns a video into a full social media content kit. Target audience: content creators, small agencies, and social media managers. What we need from you (trial scope): • Pick ONE of the two products to start with (we’ll suggest RenterAI unless you have a strong reason otherwise). • Build a qualified lead list of 30–50 prospects matching the target profile, with name, role, company/handle, contact method, and a note on why they fit. • Draft a short, personalized outreach message template we approve before anything goes out. • Send outreach to the approved list and log every contact and response in a shared Google Sheet. • Report back: what you did, what responded, and what you’d change. What matters to us: • Quality of list over quantity. 30 genuinely well-matched prospects beat 200 scraped emails. • Real personalization. We don’t want spray-and-pray. Messages should read like a human wrote them to a specific person. • Clean tracking. If it isn’t logged, it didn’t happen. • Good written English. You’ll be representing our products to strangers in writing. Tools: You should be comfortable with LinkedIn, basic prospecting/list-building, Google Sheets, and email or DM outreach. Familiarity with any CRM is a plus. Not in scope: No engineering, no product work, no ad management. This is prospecting and outreach only. Engagement • Trial: 5–10 hours, paid at your hourly rate. • We are engaging a few providers in parallel for this trial and will continue with whoever delivers the best results. • Ongoing potential: strong performers get more hours and a second product added to scope. • Payment through Upwork.
