We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist with experience in LinkedIn Manual Outreach and Cold Emailing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, building targeted lead lists, initiating personalized outreach, and generating high-quality business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify targeted B2B prospects. Generate qualified leads based on client requirements. Perform manual outreach on LinkedIn with personalized connection requests and follow-up messages. Create and send personalized cold email campaigns. Build and maintain accurate lead databases using spreadsheets or CRM systems. Verify contact information and ensure data accuracy. Track outreach performance and maintain detailed records. Schedule appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team. Follow outreach best practices while maintaining a professional brand image. Required Skills: Experience in B2B Lead Generation. Strong LinkedIn Manual Outreach experience. Cold Emailing and follow-up experience. Lead research and prospecting. CRM management (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Excellent written English communication. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
