Lead Generation + Outbound Appointment Setter

GreenKit is a SaaS app built for lawn care and landscaping businesses to manage customers, estimates, invoices, scheduling, crews, payments, and daily operations in one place. We are looking for an outbound SDR / appointment setter who can research qualified lawn care and landscaping businesses, contact them manually, follow up, and book demo calls with interested business owners. This role includes both lead research and outbound sales activity. You will be responsible for finding qualified prospects, calling/emailing/messaging them using approved scripts, tracking all activity, and booking qualified demo calls. The first month will be a paid campaign. If results are strong, this can become ongoing monthly work with performance bonuses. First Month Deliverables: Research and build a list of at least 200 qualified lawn care / landscaping businesses Include business name, owner/contact name if available, phone, email, website, social media, city/state, and notes Contact all qualified leads during the first month Make at least 2 call attempts per lead Send approved email or DM follow-ups when contact information is available Track every call, message, reply, follow-up, objection, and result Book qualified demo calls with interested business owners Send daily or end-of-day reports No bulk texting, no spam, no fake leads, no scraping low-quality random contacts, and no making promises about GreenKit’s pricing, features, or results without approval. All outreach must be manual, professional, and tracked.
