About Us: We just launched innovative, high-ticket B2B SaaS in a specialized niche. We're bootstrapped, lean, and looking for someone who can own direct outreach, lead generation strategy, and execution. We already have an agency managing our socials and running ads—this role is focused purely on outreach and lead gen. What You'll Be Doing: You'll have the customer and competitor landscape fully mapped. Your job is to adopt that intel, understand the dynamics, and stay current as things evolve. Build and execute high-ticket B2B outreach campaigns at scale—cold email, LinkedIn engagement, comment strategies, community group plays. Finding and warming the right fit. Monitor and iterate—you're tracking what's working, testing new angles, finding hidden gems. You're staying sharp and ahead of shifts in the market. Strategy and innovation—you contribute ideas, work autonomously, and think ahead. You're not just executing tactics, you're improving them. HighLevel platform work—campaign setup and automation. Who We're Looking For: You've run cold outreach and lead gen campaigns, ideally in B2B or high-ticket space. You know what works. You're savvy with emerging tactics and tools—always testing, never stuck. Claude user. HighLevel experience. Australian timezone preferred (flexible hours). Individuals only—no agencies. What Success Looks Like: You own the lead gen engine. You're executing campaigns, monitoring results, testing new approaches, and delivering measurable outcomes for high-ticket prospects. Terms: Task-based, flexible hours. Pay negotiable based on experience.
