Description: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching, identifying high-quality prospects, and building targeted contact lists that actually convert into opportunities. What you’ll be doing: Research and identify potential clients (B2B) Build clean, accurate contact lists (email, LinkedIn, etc.) Support outreach campaigns (email / LinkedIn) Qualify leads based on defined criteria Continuously improve data quality and targeting Ideal candidate: Strong experience in lead generation, list building, or prospect research Background in sales, BPO, or customer-facing roles is a plus High attention to detail and data accuracy Comfortable working with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc. Self-starter with good communication skills Nice to have: Experience with cold outreach CRM familiarity (HubSpot, etc.) Understanding of different industries and ICPs
