Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Hiring Intent Focus)

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to identify and engage potential clients who are actively looking to hire freelancers. Your role will focus on finding high-intent opportunities, such as people posting “looking for a video editor”, “hiring a designer”, etc., and reaching out with personalized messages. You are free to use any relevant platform or channel (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, job boards, communities, etc.) as long as you can identify real hiring intent and generate meaningful conversations. Responsibilities: * Find relevant posts and profiles where there is clear hiring intent * Identify decision-makers (founders, content creators, e-commerce owners, etc.) * Reach out with personalized messages (no bulk messaging) * Start conversations and qualify potential clients * Track all leads and outreach activity in a structured sheet (with proof of work) Goal: Generate high-quality conversations with potential clients who may want to hire freelancers through our platform. Requirements: * Experience with outreach or B2B lead generation * Ability to identify high-intent leads (not just build lists) * Strong written English * Ability to personalize messages based on context Important: This is NOT a mass messaging role. We are looking for quality over quantity and highly relevant outreach. Bonus: * Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, or niche communities * Experience generating leads for marketplaces, agencies, or SaaS products
