Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist for Premium E-Commerce Design Studio We are a boutique design studio specializing in premium e-commerce websites, Shopify design, branding, and conversion-focused user experiences for luxury and premium consumer brands. Our clients typically operate in: • Supplements & Wellness • Fashion • Jewelry • Beauty & Skincare • Home Decor • Home Goods • Lifestyle Brands We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist whose primary responsibility will be generating qualified sales meetings with high-quality prospects. This is not a volume-based outreach role. We are not interested in booking as many calls as possible. Our goal is to book a small number of highly qualified meetings with companies that are genuinely considering a website redesign, rebrand, or e-commerce improvement project. Your Responsibilities: • Research and identify ideal-fit brands • Find and verify decision-makers • Build targeted lead lists • Run personalized email outreach campaigns • Run personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns • Follow up with prospects • Maintain CRM records • Qualify leads before scheduling calls • Filter out low-budget or poor-fit opportunities • Book meetings only with qualified prospects Our Ideal Clients: We primarily target established e-commerce brands that already have a good product, strong market position, and healthy revenue, but have an outdated website, weak user experience, poor conversion optimization, or branding that no longer reflects the quality of the business. Typical services we sell: • E-commerce Website Design • Shopify Development • Brand Identity Design • Complete Brand + Website Projects Qualified Lead Criteria: A lead should meet most of the following criteria before a meeting is scheduled: • Established e-commerce business • Premium or high-quality product • Existing website that would benefit from redesign or optimization • Actively considering a redesign, rebrand, or website improvement project • Decision-maker is involved in the conversation • Estimated project budget from $10,000+ USD • Project expected within the next 3 months Success in this role is measured by: • Number of qualified meetings booked • Quality of opportunities generated • Fit with our target industries and budget requirements We care far more about the quality of meetings than the quantity of outreach. Requirements: • Proven experience with B2B lead generation and outreach • Experience booking sales meetings • Experience qualifying prospects • Strong written English • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience • Ability to write personalized outreach messages • Experience working with agencies, design studios, branding agencies, web design agencies, or e-commerce service providers is a strong advantage When applying, please include: • Price • Relevant experience • Industries you have worked with • Examples of outreach campaigns you managed • Number of qualified meetings generated • Tools you use • Your process for researching, qualifying, and booking high-value prospects We are not looking for someone who can send thousands of generic messages.
