Lead Generation Researcher for CRM

I’m looking for an experienced lead generation researcher to help build clean, accurate, and well-organized contact lists for import into my CRM system. The work will involve researching target organizations, identifying relevant decision-makers or contacts, finding verified email addresses and other useful contact details, and delivering the information in a structured spreadsheet format that can be uploaded into a CRM. This is not a volume-over-quality project. I’m looking for someone who is careful, detail-oriented, and able to build lists that are accurate, well-sourced, and useful for thoughtful outreach. Responsibilities may include: * Researching companies, organizations, and institutions based on defined target criteria * Identifying appropriate contacts and decision-makers * Finding and verifying professional email addresses * Collecting relevant fields such as name, title, organization, website, LinkedIn profile, email, phone number, location, and notes/source links * Cleaning, deduplicating, and formatting lists for CRM import * Using LinkedIn, Google search, organization websites, directories, and lead research tools to verify information * Providing source links or notes where helpful * Completing an initial test batch before scaling to larger lists Ideal experience: * B2B lead generation * LinkedIn research and LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Prospect list building * Email sourcing and verification * Internet research and data mining * CRM-ready spreadsheet creation * Data cleaning and deduplication * Experience with tools such as Apollo, Hunter, RocketReach, SalesQL, Snov.io, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Google advanced search, or similar tools What I’m looking for: * Strong attention to detail * Accurate, verified contact data * Clear communication * Ability to follow specific target criteria * Comfort working from a defined ideal customer/contact profile * Confidential handling of business data * Reliable turnaround times To start, I’d like to assign a small paid test project to confirm fit and data quality.
