About the Role 10X VA is hiring 2 full-time Lead Generation Specialists to drive new client acquisition through outbound prospecting. You will identify and engage business owners and founders who could benefit from hiring vetted Filipino Virtual Assistants, and book qualified appointments for our sales team to close. This is a performance-driven role with clear weekly and monthly targets, a competitive base rate, and uncapped commission on every closed deal you help generate. What You Will Do Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads Research and build targeted prospect lists across industries. Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales/closing team Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outreach activity, prospect status, and pipeline in the CRM Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to move them through the pipeline Hit assigned weekly and monthly activity and appointment targets Collaborate and report progress to your manager Requirements Proven experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales development Confident and clear English communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable with high-volume cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient to rejection Reliable internet connection, computer, and a quiet workspace suitable for a fixed night shift schedule Experience with CRM tools and outreach/sales engagement platforms is a plus Know how to use tools like Apollo for prospecting, setting up automation in GHL and be proficient in AI tools that can make the project successful. Schedule Daily 30-minute standup call for reporting. Weekly milestone assessment Daily stand-up sales call at 4 pm PST, with a regular schedule aligned with PST business hours 8 am - 5 pm PST: Full-time, 5 days per week. Compensation Base rate: $5.00 per hour (starting rate, full-time) Commission: 15% per closed deal Performance-based rate increases are available based on consistent milestone achievement Performance Expectations This role operates in a competitive, performance-driven environment. The two hires for this position will work side by side, with individual performance tracked and recognized. Targets below are starting benchmarks and may be adjusted by your manager based on territory and lead quality. Weekly Milestones 100 outbound touches per day across cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages (approximately 500 per week) 5–8 qualified appointments booked per week Monthly Milestones 20–30 qualified appointments booked At least 5 closed deals resulting from your booked appointments 60-Day Performance Review This is a performance based role and that means achieving (or exceeding!) goals. If the contractor does not meet the monthly appointment minimums and/or misses milestones it will result in termination. Managers will provide coaching, feedback, and support throughout this period to help new hires succeed.
