We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us build accurate and high-quality prospect lists for our growing business. Your primary responsibility will be researching companies and collecting verified contact information based on the criteria we provide. Responsibilities Research businesses that match our target audience. Find and verify decision-makers' contact information. Collect company details, including: Company Name Website Contact Name Job Title Email Address Phone Number City & State Industry Ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Organize data in Google Sheets or Excel. Remove duplicate or incorrect entries. Requirements Experience with B2B lead generation. Strong internet research skills. Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Ability to verify email addresses. Excellent attention to detail. Good written English. Ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Experience Experience with tools such as: Apollo.io LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Hunter.io RocketReach Crunchbase Google Search Deliverables Provide clean, organized, and verified lead lists that meet our required format.
