About the Role We are seeking a proactive and personable Lead Generation Specialist to connect with individuals in real estate-focused communities through online conversations. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships, identify qualified prospects, and guide interested individuals through our application process. This is a chat-based role focused on creating genuine connections rather than aggressive selling.
