Summary

I am expanding my independent financial advisory practice and seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help grow both my client base and recruiting pipeline. You will focus on: • Generating high-quality leads for personal & small business financial services (families and entrepreneurs seeking debt reduction, wealth building, and retirement planning). • Sourcing ambitious professionals interested in building their own financial services business with full training and mentoring support. No prior finance or insurance experience is needed — strong lead generation, outreach, and referral sourcing skills are what matter most. Key Responsibilities • Develop and run targeted lead generation campaigns (social media targeting via Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, cold outreach, networking groups, etc.). • Qualify prospects based on simple criteria I will provide. • Book introductory calls or appointments. • Track activity and results clearly. • Maintain professional, compliant communication at all times. What I’m Looking For • Proven track record in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development / referral sourcing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter with strong follow-up habits. • Experience with LinkedIn, outreach tools, or paid ads is a big plus. • Professional, reliable, and results-oriented. • U.S.-based or strong English communication preferred. Compensation • Hourly: $15 – $25 per hour (based on experience and results) • Performance Bonuses: Additional pay for converted leads Consistent results will lead to more hours and increased earnings.
