Lead Generation Specialist / Growth Partner — Insurance Vertical

We're looking for a performance marketing expert to own and scale a paid lead generation program targeting users actively searching for insurance solutions. This is a hands-on role covering strategy, execution, and optimization across paid search, paid social, retargeting, and conversion infrastructure — with an organic social media presence to build brand trust and credibility. **Monthly Budget Allocation** - Google Ads – 40% - Meta Ads – 32% - Retargeting – 10% - Landing Page Development & Optimization – 8% - CRM, Tracking & Automation Setup – 12.5% (or managed via Excel/Sheets if lighter-weight) **Responsibilities** - Build and manage high-intent Google Search campaigns targeting insurance-related keywords - Develop and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for awareness and lead capture - Design and manage retargeting sequences across platforms - Build/optimize high-converting landing pages for insurance offers - Set up CRM, lead tracking, and marketing automation to ensure clean attribution - Manage organic social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook) to build brand credibility and support paid efforts - Report on CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS weekly/monthly **Requirements** - Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads in insurance or another regulated, high-CPC vertical - Experience with landing page tools (Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar) - Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, etc.) - Comfortable managing organic social content and posting cadence - Understanding of insurance compliance basics (TCPA, DNC, state regulations) is a strong plus - Comfortable working on a performance/partnership basis
