Lead Generation Specialist Needed

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our business reach. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and qualifying potential leads, developing effective outreach strategies, and maintaining a database of contacts. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Roles & Responsibilities - Schedule and confirm meetings with potential clients. - Coordinate with our team for meeting confirmations. - Generate quality leads and maintain proper follow-ups. - Minimum calendar booking 25 confirmed meetings per month. - There is no upper limit; higher performance will result in higher earnings. Criteria for a Confirmed Meeting: A meeting will be considered a confirmed and valid meeting only if the following details are provided and the client attends the scheduled meeting: 1- Client Name 2- Company Name 3- Official Company Email ID 4- Client Phone Number 5- Company Address and Location 6- Client's Presence in the Scheduled Meeting 7- Client Designation (Make sure he will be the decision maker) Compensation Structure ✔️ Lead-Based Incentive ₹100 per confirmed lead/meeting. Incentives will increase based on your performance and consistency. ✔️ Deal Closing Bonus If a deal is successfully closed from your confirmed client meeting, additional incentives will be provided. Example: If a client closes a deal worth ₹50,000, you will receive an additional ₹2,000 incentive. Incentive percentages and rewards will increase based on your performance. Requirements - A laptop or desktop with internet connectivity. - A smartphone for communication and follow-ups. - Good communication skills and a professional approach. - Ability to work independently and maintain regular follow-ups.
