We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to help us generate qualified meetings in the United States for our software development company. We provide: Custom Software Development AI & Generative AI Solutions Custom Web Development Mobile App Development SaaS Development ERP/CRM Development & Integrations Cloud & Digital Transformation Services Our target clients are SMBs and Mid-Market companies (20–500 employees) across industries such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Services, Retail, and SaaS. Responsibilities Research and build targeted prospect lists Find decision-makers (CEO, Founder, COO, CTO, VP Engineering, IT Director, Operations Director, etc.) Launch and manage cold email campaigns Execute LinkedIn outreach (Connection Requests, Follow-ups, Messaging) Personalize outreach messages Book qualified meetings with decision-makers Manage outreach using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar tools Maintain CRM and outreach tracking Continuously optimize campaigns based on reply rates Required Experience We're looking for someone who has: Proven experience generating B2B leads in the USA Experience selling software development, AI, SaaS, IT services, or technology consulting Strong knowledge of cold email best practices LinkedIn outreach experience Experience with Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar tools Excellent written English Ability to identify ICPs and buying signals Experience booking meetings with decision-makers Bonus Skills AI personalization Clay automation Email deliverability Domain warm-up Copywriting CRM management Workflow automation (Zapier/Make) Knowledge of software development lifecycle Success Metrics Qualified meetings booked Positive reply rate Open & reply rates Opportunities created Sales pipeline generated To Apply Please answer the following: Describe your experience generating leads for software development or IT service companies.
