Lead Generation Specialist for Dubai Homeowner Database

We are looking for an experienced lead generation and data research specialist to build a verified, well-organized database of property owners in selected Dubai communities. Our primary focus is on communities where a significant number of properties are currently being handed over or are expected to be handed over within the next 2–4 months. Examples include City Walk, Opal Gardens, Damac Lagoons, and other new or upcoming handover communities across Dubai. Requirements: Research and identify relevant Dubai communities with upcoming property handovers. Build a fresh, up-to-date database of property owners/homeowners in those communities. Provide accurate, well-organized, and deduplicated data. All data must be legally sourced and suitable for business outreach. We are looking for high-quality data rather than outdated or recycled lists.
