Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Email | Pay Per Lead) We're looking for an experienced cold email lead generation specialist to join our growing agency on a performance basis. What you'll be doing: - Building targeted prospect lists from scratch across multiple industries including van dealerships, marketing agencies, and web design agencies - Writing and sending cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads - Managing your own email infrastructure, sending platform, and toolstack - Qualifying prospects before passing them over as leads What we're looking for: - Proven experience in cold email lead generation - Ability to build your own lists using tools like Apollo, Hunter, or similar - Own sending infrastructure email accounts, warmup, and delivery management - Strong understanding of email deliverability and compliance - Experience working across multiple industries or client portfolios is a plus Compensation: - Pay-per-lead basis starting at $10–$15 per lead - Rate varies depending on the client and industry - Top performers can earn up to $500 per month based on volume and quality - Leads must meet agreed qualification criteria to count **Important:** This is performance-based only. No retainer. You must be comfortable working independently and hitting the ground running.
