Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist (Phone-Based) 📍 Remote | ⏰ Mon–Thur, 12–5 PM EST (flexible) | 💰 $15–$18/hr | $500–$1,500 bonus/Closed Deal We’re looking for a sharp, humble, and tenacious communicator to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. You’ll be the first point of contact for motivated property owners, helping uncover sales opportunities through meaningful conversations and consistent follow-up. 🔹 What You’ll Do: • Call 50–70 high-probability prospects & leads daily (100+ calls) • Accurately document conversations in our CRM • Make timely follow-up calls to warm prospects • Attend weekly team trainings and improve through feedback 🔹 What We’re Looking For: • Excellent communication and active listening • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Tenacious, humble, and growth-minded • Open to coaching and self-improvement 🔹 Requirements: • Reliable computer and high-speed internet • Quiet environment for making calls 💵 Compensation: • $16/hour for the 1st 60 days • $18/hour after fully onboarded • $500 – $1,500.00 bonus per closed deal (avg. 2+/month expected) 🚨 *Required to be considered* 1.
