Lead Generation Specialist

Lavish Creative is a creative marketing agency and we're looking for someone to own our presence on Upwork and Contra. This includes finding the right jobs, writing pitches and proposals that land more discovery calls, and getting us in front of more potential clients. This is hands-on bidding and outreach, with a little bit of strategy. You'll be writing proposals, optimizing our profiles so they convert, and helping us book more calls with leads. About you: - Proven track record writing winning Upwork/Contra proposals (please share examples or results) - Knowledge of profile optimization on these platforms - Strong, clear writing skills - Self-directed and reliable Details: $15–20/hr, a few hours per week to start, fully remote (U.S. based), with the desire to grow.
