We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to research home service businesses using Google Maps and build highly targeted lead lists for our sales team. This is a long-term opportunity with room for additional responsibilities, increased compensation, and growth as our company expands. Responsibilities Your primary responsibility is to research home service businesses and enter qualified leads into our Google Sheets database. Accuracy and attention to detail are more important than speed. You will review each business and categorize it according to our qualification criteria. Industries to Research Research businesses within the following industries: Roofing HVAC Plumbing Electrical Landscaping Concrete Painting Remodeling Garage Door Companies Fence Contractors Solar Pest Control Pool Companies Junk Removal Other residential home service businesses as requested Lead Qualification Criteria Every business should be placed into ONE of the following categories. Lead Type #1 – No Website Businesses that do not have a website. These are strong candidates for a new website. Lead Type #2 – Poor Website Businesses with a website that appears to be: Outdated Broken Slow Poorly designed Difficult to navigate Not mobile-friendly Missing important information These are strong candidates for a website redesign. Lead Type #3 – Premium Businesses that appear established and have: Professional website Strong online presence Active business Good reputation These businesses may be a good fit for our premium digital marketing services. Spreadsheet Information Required Please complete the following information for every qualified lead: Business Name Location Phone Number Email Address (if available) Website URL Lead Type Pain Point Priority Notes Lead Type Choose one: No Website Poor Website Premium Pain Point Identify the primary issue. Examples include: No Website Outdated Website Broken Website Slow Website Poor Mobile Experience Weak Online Presence No Clear Call-To-Action Priority Assign every lead one priority level. High Excellent prospect that clearly fits our target customer profile. Medium Good prospect with opportunity. Low Potential prospect but less likely to be a good fit. Notes Include 1–3 short observations that will help our salesperson before making the call. Examples: Approximately 18 Google reviews with a 4.8-star rating. Facebook page inactive. Family-owned business. Website appears outdated. Contact form does not work. No website listed. Good candidate for premium marketing services. Please keep notes concise and helpful. Weekly Expectations Your goal is to deliver up to 800 qualified leads per week. Each lead must: Meet our qualification criteria. Be free of duplicates. Include accurate business information. Have all required spreadsheet fields completed. Include useful notes for our sales team. Quality is more important than quantity. Compensation This is a milestone-based position. Initial Paid Test 100 qualified leads — $5 USD If your work meets our quality standards, we will continue with ongoing work. Ongoing Work Up to 800 qualified leads per week — $40 USD Payments are made after each completed weekly milestone has been reviewed and approved. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
