We are a premium moving company in South Florida looking for a detail-oriented researcher to build a high-quality prospect database for our sales team. This is an ongoing project. We will begin with a small paid test, and if the work is accurate and well organized, there will be additional city-by-city projects. Initial Test Project Research 25–30 high-quality prospects in Boca Raton, Florida. We are not looking for every apartment community. We only want Tier 1 and Tier 2 properties, including luxury and upper-income communities that are likely to generate premium moving clients. Categories: Luxury Apartment Communities Luxury Condominium Buildings Real Estate Brokerages Property Management Companies Information to Collect For each prospect, provide: Business or Property Name Category Street Address Phone Number Website Primary Contact Name (Property Manager, Leasing Manager, Broker/Owner, etc., when available) Contact Email Management Company (if applicable) Requirements Use official websites whenever possible. Verify that all information is accurate and current. No duplicate entries. Focus only on higher-end communities and businesses. Exclude low-income housing and budget apartment communities. Deliver a clean, well-organized Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets file.
