B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist About the Project: We run a global private network of 800+ ambitious entrepreneurs, founders, and active investors. Our community culture is built entirely on trusted relationships, peer-to-peer value, and high-level networking. We are looking for a data-driven lead generation specialist to help us systematically scale our membership 10x over the next 12+ months. Your objective will be to set up, execute, and analyse a series of targeted outreach experiments to engage investors and business owners who are looking to raise or deploy capital. Our Outreach Philosophy (Please Read Carefully): This is strictly NOT a traditional, high-pressure sales campaign. We do not pitch products or services in direct messages. Our methodology relies on an indirect, value-first approach: we initiate contact by inviting individuals to 'meet other investors & entrepreneurs', join private roundtable discussions, or connect with high-calibre peers. The tone must be peer-to-peer, respectful, and conversational. Key Responsibilities: Targeted List Building: Scrape and build highly accurate, verified lists of active investors (angels, family offices, boutique VCs, syndicates) and scaling founders using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Drippi AI or specialised databases. A/B Campaign Testing: Set up and run controlled outreach experiments across platforms and cold email to test different relationship-led entry hooks. Inbox Management & Triage: Monitor replies, maintain a warm and professional executive tone, and guide interested contacts into our warm-up sequence or community platform. Note: All communication will come from YOUR profile, not the clients, so you must look professional. Data & Performance Reporting: Quick daily report on activity. Track weekly funnel metrics (delivery rates, positive reply rates, conversion to community join) to calculate best return on time invested. Who We Are Looking For: Proven track record in B2B lead generation, growth hacking, or campaign testing. Ideally with your own lists. Technical proficiency with modern outreach and data tools (e.g., Expandi, Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Drippi). Flawless written English with a sharp understanding of executive nuance and subtle, non-salesy copywriting. A scientific mindset: you focus on statistical significance and positive reply rates rather than vanity metrics. Budget & Project Scope: Test Phase: The best applicants will be offered a paid trial. Long-Term Potential: Once we identify a repeatable, cost-effective acquisition loop with a stable CPA, this role will transition into an ongoing, scalable monthly retainer with bonuses available for performance.
