We need a researcher to build a clean, verified, well-targeted lead list we can load straight into our email tool. The work Build a list of [1,000] US small-business decision-makers who match the profile below, each with a verified email and one researched personalization note. Delivered as a CSV, in batches. Who we target (ICP) - Country: United States - Company size: 1-20 employees - Verticals: (1) health & medical practices, (2) construction & trades, (3) accounting & finance firms - Decision-maker titles: owner, founder, CEO, president, office/practice manager. No generic role inboxes. - Qualifier: their website is missing, outdated, or not mobile-friendly. This is the reason we reach out, so you must screen for it. Required CSV columns (exact names) first_name, last_name, title, company_name, website, email, city, state, linkedin_url, personalization_note Personalization note (most important) One specific, true observation about their current website, written per lead. Good: "no website found, only a Facebook page", "site not mobile-responsive", "site looks last updated around 2016", "no way to request a quote". Generic notes ("nice company", "could use a better site") are rejected. Sourcing You may use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar. Tell us which tools you have access to. Do not reuse old scraped or purchased lists. Verification (required) Every email verified with ZeroBounce or NeverBounce. Remove or flag catch-all and risky addresses in a separate column. Target bounce rate under 2%. Exclusions and hygiene No info@, sales@, contact@ addresses. Deduplicate by company and by person. One contact per company unless we say otherwise. Deliverable A single UTF-8 CSV using the exact column names above, delivered in batches of ~250. Paid test task (start here) Before any full hire we pay a small fixed fee for a 20-25 lead sample that matches everything above, personalization notes included. We hire based on the test.
