Lead List Enrichment (Find Decision-Maker Emails)

We run a video post-production studio and we're building an outreach list of small creative/video agencies across Australia and New Zealand. The hard part is already done — we have a fully researched, qualified spreadsheet of ~620 companies, and for most of them we've already identified the decision-maker's name. We need a detail-oriented researcher to fill in the verified contact details. This is clean, well-scoped work with a clear spec and easy quality checks. Do well on the test batch and there's steady ongoing work (we'll be running the same process for the US market next). What you'll do For each company in the spreadsheet we provide: 1. Where we've given you a decision-maker name (~500 rows): find their verified work email and personal LinkedIn and Instagram profile URL. 2. Where the decision-maker is blank (~110 rows): first identify the right person — the founder / owner / managing director / head of marketing — then find their verified email + LinkedIn + IG URL. 3. Fill in your source and a confidence level for each email (e.g. "verified – Apollo", "verified – Hunter 95%", "pattern – unverified"). 4. Flag any company that is clearly closed, merged, or not a fit so we can remove it. Deliverable The same spreadsheet returned with these columns completed: Decision-maker name · Title · Decision-maker LinkedIn URL · IG URL · Verified email · Confidence · Source · Notes Requirements - Proven lead-generation / list-building experience (please share examples). - You use your own tools and accounts — e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Evaboot, Hunter.io, or similar. We will not share our logins, and we don't want any automation run on our accounts. - Strong English and great attention to detail. - You understand the difference between a verified email and a guessed one. Rules (please read — these are deal-breakers) - Verified emails only. Do not pad the list with guessed or generic info@ addresses. If you can only find a likely pattern, mark it clearly as "unverified" — don't pass it off as confirmed. - Right person, not just any inbox — match the decision-maker role described above. - No invented data. If you can't find something, leave it blank and note why. Accuracy matters far more than 100% fill rate. How we'll work Paid test batch: Please let us know how much you'd charge for a test batch of 50 leads . We'll review accuracy (we spot-check and bounce-test a sample). If quality is good → the full ~620 at pre-agreed fixed budget, with ongoing work after that.
