Lead List Researcher for Web Design Cold Calling

a web design and AI automation agency, needs a detail-oriented researcher to build targeted call lists for our outbound sales team. You'll find local businesses with outdated, missing, or non-mobile-friendly websites, verify accurate phone numbers and decision-maker names (owner or manager), and organize everything into a clean, call-ready spreadsheet. Bonus if you can flag businesses that clearly lack any online booking, chat, or automation features, since we also offer AI agent services. This is ongoing part-time work, roughly 5 to 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into more hours or additional responsibilities if it's a good fit. Strong English, careful attention to detail, and comfort with tools like Google Maps, LinkedIn, and spreadsheets are required. Prior experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support is a plus.
