Summary

We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Lead Manager & Appointment Setter for a growing cleaning company. The primary goal of this position is to help grow the company by generating new clients, managing leads, following up consistently, and converting prospects into booked cleaning appointments. Responsibilities include: • Monitoring and managing all incoming leads • Following up with leads by phone, text, and email • Answering customer inquiries professionally • Booking appointments and maintaining schedules • Requesting customer reviews after services • Finding potential clients through Facebook Groups, Nextdoor, and other social media platforms • Maintaining accurate records in GoHighLevel, BookingKoala, Wix, and CRM systems • Providing daily reports on activities and results Requirements: • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Experience in lead management and appointment setting • Experience with customer service and sales • Experience with GoHighLevel, BookingKoala, Wix, and CRM systems • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Ability to work independently and produce results Our goal is to grow the company, increase booked appointments, and generate new recurring cleaning clients.
