The Role in One Line You will handle and respond to warm inbound leads (not cold calling), qualify them, and set appointments for the acquisitions team. About the Role We are a real estate investment and land company focused on sourcing off-market opportunities and moving fast on deals. This is a high-speed, inbound-focused role. Our marketing generates leads — your job is to respond fast, qualify, and move opportunities forward. This is a virtual position. You will not go on appointments — you will set appointments for the team. What You’ll Do Respond to warm inbound leads from: MLS offers Text campaigns Call-backs from marketing Call, text, and follow up with leads quickly Qualify leads and filter out low-quality opportunities Set appointments for the acquisitions team Communicate with agents on MLS deals Manage and update GoHighLevel (CRM) daily Keep pipeline clean and organized Ensure no lead is missed or ignored Send and respond to MLS offers What Success Looks Like Fast response to all inbound leads High contact rate (actual conversations) Qualified leads moving through pipeline Appointments set consistently Clean and accurate CRM Who This Role Is For Strong communicator on the phone Fast responder — does not delay Comfortable following up multiple times Organized and system-driven Self-managed and reliable Who This Role Is NOT For People who avoid calling Slow responders Overthinkers who delay action Anyone looking for a cold calling role (this is NOT that) Tools You’ll Use GoHighLevel (CRM) Phone / SMS tools Google Sheets Basic AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) Requirements (Must Have) Strong spoken and written English Experience in real estate with lead management, or inside sales Comfortable talking on the phone daily CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred) Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and computer, How to Apply (READ CAREFULLY) You must include ALL of the following or your application will be deleted: Your favorite color in the subject line Your resume with your real estate experience Your DISC profile A short intro video (Loom preferred) If any of these are missing, your application will not be reviewed.
