Lead Researcher: Find & Verify Decision-Makers at AI Software Brands

I'm an Instagram creator (349K followers) who partners with AI software brands. I need someone to build me a vetted list of the right brands to pitch. What I do: I create paid Instagram reels showing software tools to my audience of e-commerce sellers and founders. I need you to find brands worth pitching, plus a real named decision-maker at each one with a verified work email. The one rule that disqualifies most lists: I partner with AI software TOOLS that e-com sellers sign up for and use (product research, store builders, ad-creative generators, pricing/inventory tools, etc). I do NOT partner with stores that sell physical products (clothing, supplements, gadgets), no matter how big. The test: can a viewer click a link, sign up, and use the tool the same day? If yes, maybe a fit. If it sells a physical product, it is not. What you deliver: A Google Sheet (template provided) with one qualified brand per row: brand name, website, what the tool does, why it fits me, a named decision-maker (Influencer/Partnerships/Affiliate Manager first, then Growth/Marketing, then a Coordinator only if nothing higher exists), their title, a verified work email (checked with Hunter or NeverBounce, no generic info@ or support@), and a source link. Every email must be verified before it goes in the sheet. I would rather have 20 rock-solid rows than 100 unverified guesses. Budget: $20 for 150 fully-qualified leads. I pay per row that passes my 5-point vetting checklist, not per row delivered. If the quality is good, this becomes repeat work at a renegotiated rate.
