Lead Researcher Needed to Build Clean, Verified B2B Prospect Lists

I'm looking for a detail-oriented lead researcher to build clean, accurate, highly targeted prospect lists for our outbound sales team. I do not want a basic Google Maps scrape. I need someone who can research, clean, verify, and organize leads based on clear targeting criteria. Our agency sells Websites to local service businesses. The lead lists will be used by cold callers, so accuracy matters. Target industries may include: - Contractors - Home service businesses - Plastic surgery clinics - Medspas Your job: 1. Research qualified businesses based on our target criteria 2. Build clean lead lists in Google Sheets or Excel 3. Verify business names, phone numbers, websites, emails, and locations 4. Identify decision-makers when possible 5. Review each website and note whether it looks outdated, weak, missing, or underperforming 6. Remove duplicates, bad records, inactive businesses, and poor-fit leads 7. Add clear notes so our cold callers know why the prospect is a fit Required fields may include: - Business name - Industry - Website URL - Phone number - Email address, if available - Owner or decision-maker name, if available - City - Province / state - Country - Google Business Profile link, if available - Source URL - Website quality notes - Verification status The most important part of this role is accuracy. Do not apply if your only method is scraping and exporting unverified lists. We need someone who can think, check the data, and deliver lists that are ready for sales outreach. A strong candidate will: - Have experience with B2B lead research - Know how to find accurate contact information - Understand local service businesses - Be able to judge whether a website looks weak or outdated - Be organized and consistent - Know how to clean spreadsheets - Provide source links for verification - Avoid fake, guessed, or unverified contact details Trial project: We will start with a small paid test list of 50 leads. If the quality is strong, this can become ongoing work with larger lead list projects.
