Lead Researcher for B2B Outreach — LinkedIn + Email List Building (Keynote Speaking Business)

I'm a keynote speaker and executive coach. I do all my own outreach and follow-ups — I need help with the research and prep before that. This is a research-and-drafting role, not a sales role. You will NOT be sending emails, sending LinkedIn requests, or handling any replies. I do all of that personally from my own accounts. If you're looking for an appointment-setting or commission role, this isn't it. What you'll do (roughly 30 target contacts per week): Find the right people at target organisations (event organisers, conference bookers, corporate L&D / HR leaders, speaker bureaus) For each, build a row in a shared Google Sheet with: LinkedIn profile URL, name, role, company A one-line "research hook" — the specific reason they're worth contacting (a recent booking, a post, their remit) A drafted LinkedIn connection note based on that hook Their email address — found via a tool like Hunter.io and verified, or the likely pattern noted if unverifiable (I need to know which) You're a good fit if you: Have done B2B lead research or list-building before (not e-commerce blasting) Write clear, natural English — I'll be sending your draft notes under my own name, so tone matters Know your way around Hunter.io / email-finding + verification tools Are organised and consistent in a spreadsheet.
