We're a fast-growing health optimization platform looking for a warm, organized, reliable person to become the voice of our client experience — and grow with us long-term. What you'll do: Client outreach & booking (your #1 priority, every day): Call, text, and email our existing clients for friendly check-ins: see how they're doing, answer basic account questions, and make them feel taken care of Invite clients to book a follow-up consultation with our team (you book it — our specialists handle the consultation itself) Follow up with new leads quickly after they come in through our website Send appointment reminders and reduce no-shows Log every conversation in our system so nothing falls through the cracks Operations support (after outreach is done): Process and track customer orders in our backend systems Update order statuses and coordinate fulfillment Simple admin tasks as they come up What you will NOT do: No cold selling or closing — you set appointments; our team closes No health, product, or dosage advice — ever. Any health question gets forwarded to our team. We work in a regulated wellness space and take this seriously. Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English (you'll be on the phone with US clients daily) Experience in appointment setting, client success, customer service, or similar phone-based roles Available hours some hours overlapping US [Central/Eastern] time Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and learning our custom platform Warm, patient personality — our clients should feel cared for, not sold to Reliable internet and a quiet environment for calls Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement (you'll handle customer information) Nice to have: Interest in health, fitness, or wellness Experience with order fulfillment or e-commerce operations Compensation: Long-term role with growing responsibility (and pay) as we scale — we're hiring our future team leads now How to apply: Start your application with the word "PORTAL" so we know you read this fully Include a short voice recording (1–2 minutes, Vocaroo or Loom is fine): introduce yourself, then pretend you're calling a client named Sarah who bought from us 60 days ago — check in on her and invite her to book a free follow-up consultation Tell us briefly about your experience with phone-based client work Applications without the voice recording will not be considered — the phone is the job.
