I'm looking for a sourcing specialist to help me find qualified candidates for a software engineering role. I'll handle all the outreach and submissions myself, so your job is focused purely on identifying strong potential candidates and delivering them as a clean list. The job: Deliver 100 qualified leads for $100 USD. Who I'm looking for (the ideal candidate profile): - Software engineers with 2 to 8 years of experience - Full-stack or backend-leaning (TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, or Ruby) - Currently employed, and has stayed in their current role for a few years - Stable job history, no history of short stints - Startup experience preferred, especially early hires or founders at VC-backed companies - Bonus: has built AI features or side projects, active GitHub Location: US-based (NYC & SF ONLY) Great companies to source from (examples): Ramp, Stripe, Brex, Plaid, Chime, Affirm, Shopify, Vercel, Databricks For each lead, please provide: - Full name - LinkedIn URL - Email - Current title and company - Years of experience - Location (city) - Primary tech stack To apply, please share: 1.
