Lead Trainer / Program Lead- Fluent in Uzbek and/or Russian

Job Description Skillbridge is seeking an experienced Lead Trainer to support a World Bank-funded leadership development initiative for senior government officials in Uzbekistan. The selected expert will lead the design and delivery of a leadership and management development program focused on strategic thinking, team leadership, communication, decision-making, motivation, and organizational effectiveness. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience delivering leadership and management development programs Experience working with senior executives, government officials, or public sector leaders Strong facilitation and adult learning expertise Experience conducting needs assessments and curriculum customization Experience mentoring or coaching leaders Fluent in Uzbek and Russian Preferred Public sector or donor-funded project experience Leadership development certifications Experience in Central Asia
