I'm looking for approximately 50-100 owner-occupied luxury homes for a handwritten direct mail campaign. Criteria: • Purchased within the last 6 months or less • Sale price $650,000+ • Owner occupied when possible • Exclude LLCs, trusts, and investment properties if possible • Specific ZIP codes only Please use whichever source gives the most accurate and recent information I would like an Excel file with: • Owner name(s) • Property address • Purchase date • Sale price • Estimated home value (if available) Link to show the property data if possible Quality is more important than quantity. I'd rather have 50 excellent records than hundreds of average ones. Thank you!
