Senior E-Learning Content Designer & Instructional Designer Project Overview We are seeking an experienced and creative E-Learning Content Designer to support the development of engaging, interactive, and visually compelling learning programs for corporate audiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, learning experience design, multimedia development, and modern e-learning technologies. This individual will partner closely with subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into practical, learner-centered experiences. This role may involve developing content across leadership development, people management, employee relations, workplace culture, performance management, mental health, neurodiversity, emotional intelligence, coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Design engaging e-learning courses, learning journeys, microlearning modules, and blended learning programs. Convert existing PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, policies, and documentation into interactive digital learning experiences. Apply adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies to maximize learner engagement and retention. Create storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, quizzes, knowledge checks, and learner activities. Develop scenario-based learning, branching simulations, case studies, and real-world application exercises. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate technical content into learner-friendly experiences. Design visually appealing learning materials that align with modern learning experience standards. Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and usability across all learning products. Recommend innovative learning approaches that improve learner outcomes and business impact. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development. Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory, Learning Experience Design (LXD), and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and Design Thinking. Advanced experience with: Articulate Storyline 360 Rise 360 Adobe Creative Suite Camtasia Vyond or Powtoon Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience designing leadership development, HR, organizational development, compliance, workplace wellness, or professional development programs. Strong visual design, graphic design, and storytelling capabilities. Experience creating interactive learning elements, simulations, and scenario-based learning. Excellent written communication and content development skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large organizations or enterprise learning environments. Background in HR, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management, or Mental Health education. Familiarity with Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model and learning analytics. Experience designing content for neurodiverse learners and inclusive workplaces. Understanding of psychological safety, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
