Seeking an experienced legal writer, paralegal, or attorney to review, edit, and refine a draft of Plaintiff's Rule 26(a)(1) Initial Disclosures for a federal civil rights action. The document is substantially complete and requires a thorough review for legal accuracy, clarity, organization, consistency, and compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Responsibilities include identifying any omissions, revising or correcting language where appropriate, improving the overall quality of the drafting, and ensuring the disclosures are complete, professionally written, and suitable for service. Experience with federal litigation, particularly Rule 26 disclosures and civil rights (§ 1983) matters, is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent legal drafting skills are essential.
